Questions About Booking
How quickly can I start driving lessons?
Most learners can start within a week of getting in touch. Availability depends on your preferred area and time slots, but we will always work with you to find the earliest available date. Give us a call on 0800 334 5006 if you need to start urgently.
How much do driving lessons cost?
Manual driving lessons are £35 per hour and automatic driving lessons are £37 per hour. Intensive driving courses are also available at the same hourly rate. There are no hidden fees and no upfront block booking required.
Do I need a provisional licence before booking?
Yes, you will need a valid provisional driving licence before your first lesson. If you have not applied for one yet, you can do so on the GOV.UK website. It usually takes about a week to arrive. Get in touch now and we can schedule your first lesson for when your licence is ready.
Will my instructor pick me up from home?
Yes. Your instructor will pick you up from your door and drop you off again at the end of every lesson. You can also arrange to be picked up from work, college, or another location if that is more convenient.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer the slot to another learner. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged. Just call us on 0800 334 5006 to rearrange.
Should I choose manual or automatic?
If you are unsure, give us a call and we can talk it through. A manual licence lets you drive both manual and automatic cars, while an automatic licence only covers automatic vehicles. Automatic lessons are often easier for beginners because there is no clutch or gear changes to worry about, so many learners pass in fewer hours.
